The vineyards of Les Galèt stretch across sunny, well-ventilated hills characterized by soil rich in minerals and clay, ideal for cultivating the typical grapes of Romagna. Each row is carefully tended to ensure the quality of the grapes, which are hand-selected during the harvest. Our philosophy is based on respect for the terroir, where native varieties such as Sangiovese, Trebbiano, and Albana thrive, expressing the best characteristics of our land. The combination of microclimates and diverse soils contributes to creating unique and distinctive wines.


The Wine Making Process
Winemaking at Les Galèt is an artisanal process that combines tradition and innovation. After harvesting, the grapes undergo a rigorous selection before being gently pressed. We use controlled fermentation techniques to preserve the aromas and flavors of the grapes. Our red wines mature in oak barrels, while the whites are refined in stainless steel tanks to maintain freshness and vibrancy.
