Gallo Giallo is a remarkable white wine that captures the essence of the Romagna region in Italy. Hand-harvested from carefully tended vineyards near Brisighella, this wine showcases the unique terroir and traditional winemaking techniques. After a meticulous fermentation process using indigenous yeasts, the wine undergoes a 20-day open-air maceration, enhancing its body and complexity. Following blending in December, Gallo Giallo is aged in bottle for six months, allowing its vibrant aromas to fully develop. The result is a characterful white wine with a delicate aromatic profile and balanced structure, reflecting the rich heritage of local viticulture.

Canyon D'Ammone is a captivating wine that embodies the rich winemaking tradition of the Marradi territory. Crafted from vines aged around 55 years, grown at 330 meters altitude with southwest exposure, this wine showcases the depth and complexity that only time can bestow. The grapes are meticulously hand-harvested, preserving their integrity and allowing for careful selection. In the cellar, the wine undergoes a gentle vinification process, with daily manual removal of surfacing skins during the initial fermentation. Aging occurs in glass demijohns, maintaining the wine's purity and freshness. After bottling in May, Canyon D'Ammone rests for 6 months, allowing its aromas to integrate fully. The result is a fresh, lively wine that authentically represents its terroir
